University of Hull, Brynmor Jones Library Redevelopment Update
What’s going on?
· Library and Learning Innovation are delighted
to announce that part of the 1st floor of the tower will be opening
next week. This area contains 64 PC desks, 24 reading desks and soft
seating as well as an information point. The ‘bridge’ which links this
floor and the east building is due to open in
the middle of June.

The information
point on the 1st floor will be used as the temporary book return
point once the current entrance and ground floor area close in mid June.
More information about this will be given closer to the time.

Work is
continuing on the new south entrance which is due to open mid June
