University of Hull students only
Academic Services are looking at modernising the way we provide frontline IT and Library support and would like to hear what students think. We want to know what you think about existing services. What works well and what works not so well. We want to hear about your expectations, your thoughts on new services, location, availability, self help, technology, how we communicate and engage with students, in fact anything that can help us improve the student experience. With this in mind, we will be offering students the chance to discuss issues in more detail with us at a number of student forums.
Refreshments will be provided and students taking part will be entered into a draw that includes prizes of Amazon vouchers and free printer credits. Sessions are available at the following dates and times:
4th May 19:00 BJL SR2
5th May 19:00 BJL SR2
10th May 13:15 Students Union MR1 (3rd floor)
11th May 12:15 Students Union MR2 (3rd floor)
If you would like to attend one of these forums please go to http://www2.hull.ac.uk/acs/help/student-forums.aspx for more details and for information on how to book a place. Should you not be able to attend but would like to contribute please reply to d.skinner@hull.ac.uk with your comments, suggestions and ideas on the range and nature of Library and IT support available to students at the University of Hull.
