University of York Library system upgrade

University of York Library are upgrading their library management systems and, as a result, some Library services will be restricted over the coming weeks while work is carried out. You'll also see changes once the new system goes live, including improved searching through YorSearch.

From the middle of August until early September, a number of Library facilities will be restricted or suspended while the library management systems are upgraded. Full details are available here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

UoY YorSearch gets a revamp

YorSearch (the gateway to resources)at the University of York has been modified - it works in the same way as before and you can still search the Library Catalogue or Search Everything (this includes many of our subject specific databases and other e-resources and we are working to include White Rose Research Online and the Digital Library).
