Feedback from the sessions indicated that eBooks were really useful and wanted but that access and design continued to be issues:
If design was better then ebooks would be better i.e if they were designed by Apple
and, in the case of one example looked at:
oh yes, this is the nightmare one...Thanks also to all those who expressed an interest in the focus groups but who could not attend the ones scheduled. We hope to offer further Freddy Frog eBook feedback sessions in December/January.
