The University of York is again giving students the opportunity to tell us what books to buy, whether it's a title the Library doesn’t have or an additional copy of a book you’re finding hard to get hold of. This time around we have £20K to spend and the scheme will close when we reach that target.
A MoreBooks button (above) will appear alongside book titles in YorSearch and all you need to do is click it and enter your details in the form. To suggest an item we don’t currently have, go to the New titles through MoreBooks form. The Library will then purchase a copy of the book you want, buying an e-book where possible to improve availability.
Last year we purchased over 1,800 books through the scheme, so don't miss your chance to tell us what to buy.
