UoY Library Key Texts Collection has moved to new home!

The Key Texts Collection in the J B Morrell Library has moved to its new location in the area next to the main help desk. In this area there are also two catalogue terminals, two photocopy/print/scan devices and two self-service machines for issuing and returning Key Text items. Requested books awaiting collection are on the shelves facing you as you enter the area.

UoY LIbrary goes 24/7 on Monday!

From Mon 16 April to Mon 2 July 8am the Library will be running a pilot of 24/7 opening.

After the trial period 24/7 opening will be introduced all year round from Monday 3 September 2012.

UoY: Y (medicine & health) collection tidy

Some of you may have noticed the slight 'gap' between the 'oversized'/'quarto' Y books and the normal sized Y books. Between 12-20th April UoY Library staff will be 'closing the gap' and bringing the two ends of the collection together.All stock should remain available during the collection tidy but some of it may be on trolleys at certain times. If you have difficulty locating a text, as always, just ask a member of library staff.
